What we supply
Transit mixers, 4–9 m³
Drums and spirals in wear-resistant ST52 steel, a low centre of gravity for stability on narrow bends, and a high-capacity water pump.
Built in Puducherry
CNC laser cutting, synergic MIG/MAG welding to AWS standards, and grit blasting with two coats of UV-resistant PU paint.
Boom pumps
Truck-mounted KCP boom pumps in 37, 41 and 42 metre classes (37ZX5, 41ZX5, 42ZX5), plus trailer-mounted concrete pumps, for high-rise and infrastructure pours.

What capacities do Sunbeam transit mixers come in?
Sunbeam truck-mounted transit mixers come in nominal capacities from 4 to 9 cubic metres: the 45 (4 m³), 65 (6 m³), 65 XL (7 m³), 75 (7.5 m³) and 85 XL (9 m³). A truck-PTO-driven variant is available for the 6 and 7 m³ models.

How many transit mixers do I need for a pour?
Multiply the pour rate in cubic metres per hour by the round-trip time in hours, then divide by the mixer's capacity. For example, a 60 m³/h pour with a 75-minute round trip needs 60 × 1.25 ÷ 7.5 = 10 mixers of 7.5 m³. Our concrete guide explains this in more detail.
