What we supply
Bar bending machines
Five models from the DBM 16 to the DBM 52, bending single bars up to 40 mm. Foot-pedal operation, auto stop at 180° and no oiling.
Bar cutting machines
DCM and DCH cutters with single-piece cast bodies and eight-edge hardened blades, cutting single bars up to 40 mm.
Spiral bending machines
DSX-36, DSX-40 and DSX-50 for spirals, circles and arcs for piles and bridges, from a minimum bending diameter of 270 mm.

What is the largest bar a Sigma machine can bend?
The DBM 52 bends a single bar of up to 40 mm diameter (two bars of 20 mm, three of 16 mm). Sigma spiral benders handle up to 50 mm bar at 450 N/mm² tensile strength on the DSX-50.
Do Sigma bar benders need oiling?
No. Sigma bending and cutting machines are oil-free and only need greasing as specified in the manual, roughly once a year for the benders.
Who makes Sigma machines?
Sigma machines are made in India by DSquare Tech Impex of Pune, established in 2008, and built to European standards with Siemens and Schneider electrical components.
